Mentor program aims to give service techs a career pathway

Faulkner Automotive Group is teaming master technicians with new hires in a mentoring program to set up young service department employees for success. The Pennsylvania-based retailer is also attempting to permanently solve a regional tech shortage with a $1 million donation to a local Catholic high school.
