How can I find a copy of my receipt?
Receipts are emailed after each renewal. If you need a copy of your receipt, you can view it at your user dashboard by visiting https://www.autonews.com/user-dashboard. Alternatively, you can contact us toll-free at 1-877-812-1584. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

What is the cancelation policy?
a. Annual Plans: Your subscription will renew automatically after 1-year for the 1-year rate in effect at that time. Refunds will not be provided for annual subscriptions. A notice will be sent prior to renewal with the amount and date your credit card will be charged. You may opt out of automatic renewal or cancel future charges anytime. The cancelation goes into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
