Steele Auto Group claims JLR Canada never provided the disclosure document to lay out the franchise terms and the store’s area of responsibility, even after the joint Land Rover and Jaguar store opened. In June 2023, Steele served JLR Canada with notice to rescind the franchise agreement and closed the Jaguar side in December.
