Handwrytten  integrates with Tekion to Provide Automated Handwritten Notes Dealers Can Send to Car Buyers and RO Customers

Handwrytten, the leading provider of automated handwritten notes, today announced an integration with Tekion, innovator of the first and fastest cloud-native automotive retail SaaS platform, Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC).

Through this partnership, dealers can share data from Tekion ARC, seamlessly, in real-time via Tekion’s API access platform, Automotive Partner Cloud (APC), to send custom notes from Handwrytten’s application. In addition to thanking customers for recent car purchases and RO appointments, dealers can automate notes, within Handwrytten, on the anniversary of a purchase, to remind customers of upcoming maintenance, and to prospect for trade-ins and new sales opportunities.

Handwritten notes have response rates 7-21 times greater than printed mailers. Dealers simply select the design of the note they want to send, type the message they want included, and pick which customers to send notes to and when, or work with Handwrytten to create custom rules for sending cards. Dealers unsure what to write in the notes can use Handwrytten’s AI note generating feature. Once the note is created, the Handwrytten robots pick up real pens and go to work writing the notes in one of 30 handwriting styles with varying borders and line leveling, just like humans write. Dealers also have the option of having the robots learn their own unique handwriting style and/or signature so notes can be fully personalized.
