Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its North American Automotive and Industrials Group and Aerospace, Defense & Aviation practice by hiring Tony Lynch as a Managing Director. Mr. Lynch, who has deep expertise in optimizing manufacturers’ processes and finances, strengthens A&M’s capabilities to help automotive and aerospace and defense companies achieve end-to-end operational and financial improvements.
With more than 35 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace industries, Mr. Lynch has designed and implemented strategies that improved manufacturing networks, operating models, plant operations, supply chain and cost structures. He has helped companies implement digital manufacturing techniques and intelligent supply chain.
