Scott Gunnell has been promoted to SVP and COO of JM&A Group. Gunnell will oversee all sales and operational activities, and continue to drive JM&A Group’s long-term strategy focused on increasing dealership performance, while navigating the evolution of the consumer, vehicle and digital journey. He has been instrumental in developing JM&A Group as an industry pioneer, overseeing the launch of Virtual F&I and the new EV+ Protect™ suite of protection products.
