automotiveMastermind's Matt Leone has been promoted to CEO, taking the place of Marco Schnabl, who will remain with the organization and focus on providing counsel. Most recently COO, Leone joined aM in April 2020 and has handled the day-to-day operations of the business. He also played an integral role in the company achieving double digit year-over-year revenue growth in 2020 and 2021, expanded the company's products and drove strategic talent expansion.
