Cepton (NASDAQ: CPTN) has named Hull Xu Chief Financial Offer. Mr. Xu joined Cepton in 2021 as VP of Finance & Strategy and led the merger transaction between Cepton Technologies, Inc. and Growth Capital Acquisition Corp. A seasoned investment banker, he advised tech companies on capital markets & strategic transactions during his 13-yr tenure at RBC and at Barclays. He holds an M.B.A from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
