Teleperformance is pleased to announce Elena Ciccotelli, as VP Business Development, Automotive. An automotive executive with over a decade of experience, Elena was honored last year with Auto Remarketing’s "Women in Retail" award. In Elena's new role, she will focus on enabling OEMs, vendors & dealers to outsource professional services such as customer support, tech support, and a new area of focus, EV education. Prior to Teleperformance, Elena was the Automotive Partnerships Director at Lyft.
