Brian Bulkeley has been named the general manager of Toyota’s Kansas City sales region by Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), Inc. The Kansas City region encompasses sales and service operations in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. Bulkeley has been employed at Toyota since 1996 and held numerous positions, including vehicle operations manager, director of dealer policy in Toyota’s government affairs department, and assistant general manager in the Kansas City sales.
