Andy will serve as the Director of Business Development. Andy previously served as Director for Industrial Recruitment & Retention at the Tuscaloosa County Industrial Development Authority. Prior to that, Mr. Jocham was the Chief Commercial Officer at ISE Innomotive Systems U.S. and was responsible for the sales, purchasing and marketing duties.

Andy will focus on developing domestic and international business.
