The Genesis Electrified GV70, a battery-electric version of the compact GV70 crossover, will not use Hyundai Motor Group's dedicated E-GMP skateboard platform but will adopt a new 800-volt battery system for ultra-fast charging. The Genesis Electrified GV70 will be available in the U.S. only as an all-wheel-drive model but the automaker has not share any other output or performance details. The Electrified GV70 is likely in 2023, although Genesis would not confirm launch dates for the U.S.
