Hireology has launched an integrated recruitment customer relationship management tool that streamlines and combines its Attract, Hire and Integrate products and adds features such as texting with interested candidates.
The tool includes search engine optimization capabilities, a texting option to recruits and technology for passive sourcing, or finding candidates who aren't searching for jobs.
Hireology says the platform can help dealers manage all hiring work from job descriptions and interview scheduling to background checks and orientation. After hiring, dealers can manage payroll, human resources, attendance and benefits.
"In an industry that faces both a talent shortage and perception problem, dealers must be more proactive in managing their single greatest operating cost and competitive advantage — human capital," CEO Adam Robinson said in a statement. "Hireology specifically designed our recruitment CRM to apply the same tactics dealers use to digitally retail their cars. We help dealers meet their candidates where they are to build better teams and positively impact their bottom line."
Hireology says its tool can help reduce the time dealers typically take to hire an applicant to three days from 10. Every unfilled position costs $1,000 a day in lost revenue, according to Hireology.
