Digital Air Strike is adding more targeted advertising and advanced credit analytics capabilities to its arsenal with the acquisitions of Target Media Partners Interactive and Libra Systems. Purchase prices were not disclosed.
TMPi is a Los Angeles ad-tech lead generation company. Libra is a Phoenix software firm that streamlines leasing and financing operations.
TMPi's technology will be used in lead generation and advertising, such as location-based geofencing and display advertising as a Google Premier Partner, which is a designation a company gets for meeting certain performance requirements with Google AdWords.
Digital Air Strike will integrate Libra's "Risk-to-Roll" software into its intelligent messaging platform, Response Path, as well as its lead response tool, Response Logix. Adding Libra Systems' software will allow shoppers to calculate payments and interest online.
For dealers, Libra's expertise is aimed at reducing guesswork and risk of claims in finance-and-insurance operations.
The acquisitions add 52 employees and 3,000 subscriptions to Digital Air Strike's portfolio, the company said, giving it about 5,000 clients and a total of around 9,200 subscriptions.
With the purchase of Path Chat last spring, Digital Air Strike has made three acquisitions in the last 10 months. Path Chat, an artificial intelligence chat technology bought from Eldercare Technology, is being used to beef up the company's AI-powered messaging, and it led to the launch of Response Path.
