What's the cost of Supercharger access?

Tesla must have made millions off its charging network deals with Ford and General Motors, writes an Automotive News reader in a letter to the editor.

Regarding "Tesla to give GM vehicles access to Superchargers," autonews.com, June 8: While it is encouraging to see Tesla CEO Elon Musk "allowing" others to use a portion of his charging network, I wonder what the cost is to General Motors and Ford in real dollars paid to Tesla? My guess is that Musk made hundreds of millions of dollars on the deals. You can believe he isn't being charitable!
