TO THE EDITOR:
As a retired General Motors advanced planning strategy manager and car buff, I found “MG’s 100th anniversary: Iconic brand reborn after near death” (autonews.com, April 6) informative and very well written. Since the U.S. market is so enticing, I would guess SAIC would thread the needle for a successful MG presence here. The Cyberster would seem to offer the right halo. A jaw-dropping halo has always supported the larger mass production of utilitarian vehicles.
