Porsche explores the future of interiors
Porsche is envisioning what future vehicle interiors may look like as the electric and autonomous eras dawn. Porsche designers have come up with a family friendly minivan that can seat up to six passengers. Porsche first unwrapped the exterior study in 2020 with the publication of a book, Porsche Unseen, highlighting 15 internal design studies from 2005 to 2019. The minivan resembles the VW Racing service van used by a factory race team. Highlights include a center-position steering wheel, a driver’s seat that rotates 180 degrees and asymmetric side windows. And Porsche designers apparently believe in the future of buttons and switches.
