Ferrari is getting ready to burnish its performance heritage with battery- electric power.
The brand says electric and hybrid models will make up 80 percent of its sales by 2030.
Electric vehicle: The brand's first battery-electric vehicle, which Ferrari said it will unveil in 2025, could debut in the U.S. 2026.

The model will have a V-12 engine that produces 715 hp. The vehicle arrives in the U.S. in the second half of 2023.
Front-engine V-12 model: Ferrari could add another V-12 speedster in 2024.
Rear-engine V-12 model: This model could potentially debut in 2025.
296 GTB: The sporty plug-in hybrid coupe, which has a midengine V-6 layout, should be produced through 2027. The 296 GTB is the first Ferrari with a V-6 gasoline engine since the Dino was discontinued in 1974.
SF90 Stradale: Production of Ferrari's first plug-in hybrid could run through 2025. The engine is integrated with three electric motors, providing 15.5 miles of battery-powered range.
812 Superfast/812 GTS: Production is expected to continue through 2023.
F8 Tributo: Production of the mid-rear-engine V-8 sports car is expected to run into 2023.
Roma: The Roma is powered by a 3.9-liter mid-front V-8 engine with 612 hp. It's expected to remain on the market through 2024 before a possible replacement emerges in 2025.
Portofino M: The Portofino M is the first Ferrari convertible to get an eight-speed transmission. Production should continue through 2026.
