Aston Martin renews private-label captive finance deal with Chase Auto

Aston Martin will continue to use Chase Auto as the private-label lender behind the captive finance company Aston Martin Financial Services following a renewal of their partnership announced Aug. 13.

"With the arrival of our next-generation sports cars, we are experiencing exponential growth for Aston Martin in the United States," Marco Mattiacci, Aston Martin global chief brand and commercial officer, said in a statement. "Renewing our partnership with Chase Auto will continue to offer our clients tailored financing options for an exceptional Aston Martin ownership experience."

Aston Martin sold 990 vehicles in the first half of 2024, up 19 percent from a year earlier, according to the Automotive News Research & Data Center. Aston Martin Financial Services offers loans and leases on new vehicles and loans for used and certified pre-owned Aston Martins.

Chase Auto and Aston Martin's relationship would have expired this year, JPMorgan Chase spokesperson Micholl Azenon wrote in an email Aug. 13. She said the terms and length of the renewed agreement were confidential, but Aston Martin and Chase Auto would be working together "well in to the future."

"Chase Auto is proud to extend our relationship with Aston Martin and provide JPMorgan Chase's full suite of financial services to our partner," Jamie Jones, Chase Auto general manager for Aston Martin Financial Services, said in a statement. "Working together as an extension of their business, our Private Label Captive+ Finance team is committed to lending our 80 years of auto experience, financial expertise and extensive marketing and sales channels to help Aston Martin drive sales and grow their share in the years ahead."

Chase Auto is the private-label partner for numerous automakers. Besides Aston Martin, it also handles the captive finance companies offered by Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, McLaren, Rivian, Subaru and the now-bankrupt Fisker.
