He had a broad face and a little round belly.
That led to an Illinois dealership customer being charged with battery.
'Twas Black Friday at Hawk Auto Group in Joliet when there arose such a clatter. Peter Steinys, 64, got angry after an employee dressed as Santa Claus bumped into Steinys with his belly, according to Fox 32 in Chicago.
After the accidental abdominal interaction, Steinys began yelling at the Santa and pushed him with both hands, police said. He then approached another employee before family members intervened and took him outside.
Steinys later went to the Joliet Police Department and admitted to attacking the jolly old elf. He faces charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
