Geely Automobile Holdings aims to boost annual sales this year by 16 percent to 1.53 million as demand for its vehicle lineup remains robust.
The company’s deliveries grew for the ninth straight month in December, advancing 19 percent to 154,202, according to its filing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong this week.
The company’s premium brand Lynk & CO continued to lead the sales uptick last month, with deliveries soaring 130 percent from a year earlier to 24,853.
Due to a 41 percent plunge in the first quarter amid the coronavirus outbreak, sales at Geely totaled 1.32 million in 2020, dipping 3 percent from 2019.
