NEXT STAGE: Addition in 2020
Cadillac is adding a new entry level trim, named Luxury, for the XT6 crossover for the 2021 model year. It will be slotted below the Premium Luxury and Sport trims. The new trim features a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 237 hp, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, and available all-wheel-drive.
Premium Luxury and Sport trims both have a 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 310 hp and 271 pound-feet of torque. The engine, which also comes standard on the XT5, is connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is now available on all XT6 trims.
