Coming out of the pandemic economy, automakers, suppliers and even customers struggled to know what to expect. But what always pays off? Hardworking problem-solvers. This 10th class of Rising Stars — 21 of them, from 17 companies — went above and beyond to address critical issues. Whether homegrown or changing companies, focused on one discipline or shifting gears, they bring unique perspectives and approaches: listening to customers, bringing people together, defending their brands, solving business puzzles. Each one moving the needle to gain efficiencies, save money, reduce waste or boost sales. Companies are investing in these leaders’ careers and their business ideas.
