WHAT: PREPO 3.0

INNOVATION: To move beyond the traditionally manual process of leather wrapping, Faurecia has developed a defined and reproduceable solution for the pre-positioning of cut-and-sew covers. The PREPO 3.0 technology allows leather and artificial leather to be wrapped on complex 3D shapes, reducing the pre-fixing time of the seam location and improving the accuracy of the positioning and the perceived quality of the seam.
