WHAT: Battery-mounted power management module

INNOVATION: Yazaki has created a compact module to improve safety by protecting all wires in a vehicle, including the main feed from the power source to the power distribution box. The module replaces standard architectures that require a fuse box plus plug-in cartridge fuses. The small size, achieved with the introduction of compact fuses, translates to lighter weight and reduced cost.
