Keeley Dellibovi won't stop climbing.
She started in automotive retail as an intern in the accounting department at the Ford dealership where her father worked as service manager. After earning a college business degree, she got her foot in the door at Bobby Rahal Automotive Group as a service coordinator in 2010.
Dealership performance rose alongside her advancement at the group. As finance manager at Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh from January 2016 to July 2019, Dellibovi hired and trained two finance consultants, and raised backend-per-vehicle profit by 68 percent on new-vehicle sales.
As director of finance and leasing, a role created to support her advancement, Dellibovi oversaw six rooftops and nine luxury brands in Pittsburgh. Growing within the company is her proudest accomplishment, she said.
"I've been able to continue to push the bar with my career, and really the group has allowed me to do that," she said.
Dellibovi worked to reset the finance team during the state-mandated pandemic shutdown, investing in new technologies and training processes. Dellibovi helped develop an interactive digital F&I product brochure for remote customers. She initiated monthly Zoom calls to include in-depth training with vendors. All 11 finance managers returned after retail restrictions lifted.
In May, Dellibovi was once again promoted — this time to new-vehicle sales manager at the group's Jaguar-Land Rover dealership in Wexford, Pa. The role rounds out her resume, ensuring she has held nearly every position in the dealership group.
"I look forward to continuing to support my team to get the most out of their careers, and with that I will achieve the most out of mine," she said.
