"We understand there are many variables and motivators when it comes to keeping employees engaged. First and foremost, we ensure we have appropriate and competitive compensation programs, including bonus programs for the team leads in service (based on shop efficiency) and a quarterly new-car sales volume bonus for eligible sales employees. We also conduct noncompensatory programs and contests for all dealership employees, such as employee of the quarter and employee of the year, which are created specifically to show appreciation/value and recognize employee accomplishments."

The managers meet every Monday at a set time to discuss interdepartmental issues and how each department interacts with the other to create a better environment for our clients. We also arrange marathon groups and holiday drives from our corporate office to promote a larger sense of team."
