Tatiana Miller on changes in response to staff requests: "We run semiannual surveys to ensure that our staff has everything they need, their managers are open, fair and democratic, and they are happy with the way things are going. We always make sure staff members are heard.
"Recently, we have had some reviews on a few of the managers who needed to improve their management skills, thus we instituted the manager exchange program between two dealerships.
"We meet with the managers each week and go over things they are noticing and culture or management shifts they would like to make. We hold our managers accountable to their staff and make sure staff are completely supported and taken care of."
