What women need to know for success in the auto industry: "It goes for anybody. It's not just successful in the auto industry, but in everyday life, but it is to listen well. I have learned that. I have learned that you don't know it all, you can't know it all and that listening is your greatest tool in learning any type of skill in any type of business. Step back and listen."
Job to which you aspire: "I've got a lot of jobs right now. I've got my job, I've got my charity that I'm very much involved in. I've raised children. I'm raising grandchildren."
What you do to relax: "I work out a lot. I've worked out since I've been in my 20s. I like to hike. I like Pilates. I like to sit on rocks and think. I love the outdoors."
