Amazon-Hyundai pilot delays frustrate dealers, NADA CEO says

At the Automotive News Congress in Pontiac, Mich., NADA's Mike Stanton questioned whether consumers would even use the Amazon platform for a vehicle purchase because the car-buying process there is not as simple as ordering items people typically go to the site for.
