Schwab, who is president of Aston Martin the Americas, is urging women to build each other up, voice their opinions and persevere through tough times. However, Schwab didn’t always have her sights set on the auto industry. After law school, she landed a job working for a small online company specializing in reverse auctions for car buyers. Now, as Aston Martin’s first female president, Schwab wants to bring more women to the British automaker.
