"We're a part of a growing auto group, and we like to hire from within. We don't have a specific program, but if someone shows potential or raises their hand, we will guide them and lay out a path for the future."
Myers on making work schedules more balanced or flexible:
"We offer a five-day workweek that's pretty reasonable for the sales floor. We're closed Sundays, and everyone gets one other day off. Of the five working days, one is a late start at noon, one is out at 5, and the other three are bell-to-bell, but we close at 5 Friday and Saturday. So really, everyone has one long day and otherwise an eight-hour shift."
