"Our sales associates are scheduled for 42 hours a week, with two days off every week, no matter the time of month. We do not allow any bell-to-bell schedules, and if we need help, we ask for volunteers. It's amazing how well it works."

"We offer three pay plans for our sales associates, from salary and commission, full commission and e-commerce and phone-commission pay plans. We also pay our techs on their accredited skill level, from apprentice to master."
