"Our sales floor is required to have only one long day — the traditional bell-to-bell. Otherwise, they have Sunday and one other day off, and four 8.5- to nine-hour days scheduled."

"We're in a somewhat rural market, so we pay a little better than a store of our size in the nearby metro would so we can keep people here. It's a win for employees who commute to work from a bigger city and an especially good win for local employees."
