Yes, a thousand times, yes! It is time for this topic to be a centerpiece for all dealerships, automakers and product manufacturers ("Automakers' accessory sales programs draw criticism," Oct. 1). It is Insignia Group's 16th year of supporting dealerships in vehicle personalization, and this article highlights the challenges to bring a valuable and wanted service to the car-buying process.
Yes, it is a complicated business to get parts, service and sales to all agree on a program and to work together for the customer's benefit, and it is possible!
