Prepared remarks can be a good thing, says F&I trainer Chari Fogel. “When I’m doing F&I training, I encourage all of my students to sing with their own voice, but you need to have the same basic standardized presentation.” Writing a script of sorts will ensure each F&I manager walks customers through the process in the same way.
