Karen Holley’s advice for women who want to get into the auto business: “Go for it.” Holley, an executive director with Ally Financial’s national accounts team, says a mentor pushed her to take the harder career path, which landed her in her current role. Holley says being a strong leader means having the confidence to take risks, but doing it in a "way that is selfless." As for work-life balance, Holley says it's a "moving target." If it weren’t for her "fun-factor" husband, Holley would be putting in more hours at work.
