I like Keith Crain’s column and I look forward to it every week.
But regarding “Don’t like the news? Hide it” (April 9): GM could also stand for Gross Margin, which businesses should always try to improve. Improving it requires financial and marketing decisions that are not always well-received and are sometimes not even the right ones.
