CHICAGO -- Chevrolet unveiled Redline special-edition trim on nine of its vehicles at the Chicago Auto Show.
Redline features black wheels with red hash marks and blacked-out nameplates, Chevy logos and grilles. It is the largest cross-brand special edition ever offered by Chevrolet, the company said.
Models with Redline options will include the Malibu LT, Traverse Premier and Silverado Double Cab LT Z71.
The Redline special edition debuted at the 2015 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
"Redline is another example of Chevrolet bringing SEMA concepts to showrooms," said Brian Sweeney, U.S. vice president of Chevrolet, in a statement. "The SEMA show has proven to be a great way to identify customization trends in the industry, and quickly apply those trends to our most popular Chevrolet models."
