CONCORD, Mass. -- Wade Edwards, an automotive supply veteran and a judge for the Automotive News PACE Awards for the past 17 years, died July 4. He was 60.
Edwards joined fuel systems supplier Pilot Industries in 1992, rising through the ranks to become director of corporate planning, sales and development. In 1996, he co-founded Tibbitts, Edwards & Associates in suburban Detroit, a management consulting firm specializing in automotive suppliers. He was a partner until 2002.
