Automotive brands and their dealer networks find numerous ways to connect with pro football fans, even if they can’t be the NFL’s official vehicle sponsor.
Here’s a sampling of what some automakers and dealer groups are doing.
Hyundai may be the official sponsor of the NFL, but individual teams are up for grabs. Chevrolet, for instance, says it has sponsorship deals with the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers. GMC is the official vehicle brand for the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. GMC says the outreach varies, from vehicle displays and banners on the stadium display boards to stadium announcements and other integrations.
