Back in the day, Chrysler Chairman Lee Iacocca often turned the air blue during interviews. Just take our word for it. And as you probably deduced from all the "expletives deleted" in our recent Sergio Marchionne interview stories, the FCA chief can turn the air day-glo purple.
You might not expect that from Mary Barra, but General Motors' CEO did get a bit profane on her new Facebook page -- maybe something she picked up from her days as a plant manager.
"Hello, Facebook!" Barra wrote. "After a conversation with Sheryl Sandberg at Facebook HQ last week, I decided it was time to create a page. I look forward to sharing photos, updates and stories with you."
Barra also wrote of her trip to Facebook: "While visiting Menlo Park, I was inspired by all the posters on campus -- particularly 'Nothing at Facebook is somebody else's problem' and 'Let's kick the s--- out of option B.'"
For the record, Barra, in her post, spelled out the entire word.
