Ram says pricing for its freshened 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited will start at $51,870, while pricing for the 2015 Ram Rebel, a new half-ton trim level, will begin at $43,985.
Both crew cab-only trucks debuted earlier this year, with the off-road-oriented Rebel appearing at the Detroit auto show and the Laramie Limited making its first appearance at the Chicago Auto Show. The two share some traits, including large RAM badges on the nose and tailgate that replace the traditional ram’s head.
The 1500 Rebel 4x2 will come standard with the 5.7-liter V-8 engine and a starting price of $43,985, including delivery, while 4x4 versions with the 3.6-liter V-6 will start at $45,915, including delivery.
Pricing of the chrome-laden 4x2 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited will start at $51,870, including delivery, with the standard 5.7-liter V-8 engine, while 4x4 versions with the optional 3.0-liter V-6 EcoDiesel will start at $58,495.
Production of the two trim levels is scheduled to begin this month, with deliveries to dealers in numbers expected in the third quarter, a Ram spokesman said.
