General Motors is recalling 87,063 Chevrolet Malibu sedans in the U.S. for sunroof control issues.
The automaker is calling back 2013-15 models because the power-operated roof panel can close inadvertently, GM said in an emailed statement.
GM said it does not know of any crashes, injuries or deaths caused by the problem and has received no customer complaints.
Dealers will remove the “One Touch Open/Close” feature and reprogram the body control module, the statement said.
Overly sensitive sunroof controls also caused the recall of about 67,000 Cadillac ATS sports sedans last month.
