"Whenever a staff member has a health problem, death in the family or a personal issue, we rally around that person. Our dealer, Brijen Dave, is extremely hands on. He wants to know about everything that goes on at the dealership. He has gone to the hospital in the middle of the night when someone was hurt or taken ill. He is the first to celebrate big and small milestones in an employee's life.
