STUART, Fla. -- Moon Mullins, a former automotive public relations executive, died Aug. 1.
He was 85. After leaving the The Detroit Times, Mullins joined Chrysler Corp., where he held various positions during his three-decade tenure.
He retired from Chrysler as director of worldwide sales, marketing and public relations.
He then became the primary public relations consultant for Toyota, for which he established and advised several U.S. bureaus.
Mullins retired from consulting at 75.
