Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram dealerships in North America will sell significantly more vehicles in 2018 than now, the automaker said today.
Each dealership sold an average of 566 vehicles last year, the company said. Sales per dealership will increase steadily to 798 in 2018, the company projected during a presentation for analysts and investors in Auburn Hills, Mich.
Meanwhile, average annual sales at Fiat dealerships in North America will jump from 186 to 354 over the same period, Fiat Chrysler said at the presentation of its five-year product and business plan.
The Jeep and Chrysler brands will enjoy the most growth over the period.
The company expects Chrysler brand sales to jump 132 percent to 770,000 vehicles in 2018. Jeep will grow 44 percent to 800,000.
Sales of all Fiat Chrysler brands in North America, including 150,000 Alfa Romeo vehicles, will grow 44 percent to 3.1 million vehicles in 2018, the company expects.
