High-end retailer Neiman Marcus is keeping with a holiday tradition by offering another special-edition luxury automobile as part of its annual fantasy gift guide.
The Dallas-based retailer is offering 10 Seychelles blue 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish Volantes priced at $344, 500 in its 2013 Christmas catalog. The price does not include taxes, title, licensing, registration and shipping. It comes with a matching four-piece leather luggage set.
In the past, Neiman Marcus cars have sold out in minutes. Last year, the company sold 12 2013 McLaren 12C Spiders for $354,000 in just over two hours, a spokesperson for the retailer said.
Previous catalogs have included limited-edition BMWs, Bentleys and Rolls-Royces.
The price -- about $47,000 above a standard Vanquish Volante -- includes an exclusive black leather interior and headrests embroidered with the Neiman Marcus moniker.
The car is hand-built in Gaydon, England. The car's 6.0-liter, V-12 engine generates 565 horsepower with 457 pound-feet of torque and tops out at over 180 mph.
For each sale, Neiman Marcus will donate $3,000 to The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation, a national charity that brings "enriching art experiences" to children.
The vehicle goes on sale by phone on Oct. 23 at noon EDT. Delivery will occur in February 2014.
