Suburban Collection, an auto dealership group in suburban Detroit, today said it has acquired the former Crestwood Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram in Garden City, Mich., a western suburb of Detroit. The price was undisclosed.
The renamed Suburban Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Garden City employs 70 people and is directed by General Manager Bob MacKenzie and General Sales Manager Ryan Burke.
Suburban Collection holds more than 40 automotive franchises in more than 30 locations in Michigan, California and Florida, the company said.
Suburban Collection ranks No. 17 on Automotive News' list of the top 125 U.S. dealership groups, with retail sales of 24,615 new vehicles in 2012. According to the Automotive News Data Center, the group posted revenues from all operations of $1.37 billion last year.
