Arlington Heights, IL – American Auto Guardian, Inc. (“AAGI”) announced a new leadership appointment designed to drive the company’s strategic initiatives. Tim Brugh has been named President of the Company effective May 10, 2013. Al Ranieri, the Company’s previous President is now AAGI’s Chairman of the Board.
Al Ranieri said, “Tim will use his proven passion and broad‐based skills to the strengthen AAGI’s market position. Tim’s wealth of experience and knowledge positions him well for this new role. I am pleased to have Tim at the helm of AAGI!”
Tim joined the company in 1997 and during his tenure has demonstrated a dedication to the success of the Company, as well as, the staff. “I look forward to continuing the work Al began when he created AAGI. His pioneering work in this industry, together with the ethical manner
